These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SpazeNode website and services, provided by Spazor Private Limited ("Spazor", "we", "us"). By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

The service

SpazeNode is a platform that aggregates underutilized computing power into on-demand, managed AI infrastructure, connecting those who need compute with those who supply it. Some features may be offered on an early-access or evaluation basis and may change or be withdrawn.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services. If you use them on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Your account

You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Upload or run malware, or attempt to breach the security of the platform or its hosts.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Resell or redistribute the services without our written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users.

Fees and payment

Where fees apply, they are billed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise, and are exclusive of applicable taxes such as GST. You agree to pay all charges incurred under your account. Hosts receive payouts in line with the revenue-share terms communicated to them.

Intellectual property

SpazeNode, its software, branding, and content are owned by Spazor Private Limited and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services as intended. You retain ownership of the models, data, and content you bring to the platform.

Third-party services

The services may rely on or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, particularly during early access.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spazor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Spazor harmless from any claims or damages arising from your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the services in a way that could harm us, other users, or hosts. You may stop using the services at any time.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bengaluru, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
